Easy to put together. I'm using it to heat a 2 car garage, and as promised it heats the area safely and very well. I bought this to replace forced air ceramic heater and it's night and day. It's also VERY nice to not have hot air blowing at like you get with ceramic heater. It just warms as it should. Wish I would have switched sooner. I only utilize a quarter of the garage as work area. The rest is vehicle and storage. Great product. As described.

My Briza electrical heater is ideal. I have an 800sq ft patio with retractable shades. When the shades are down the heater provides enough warmth to keep us comfortable. I highly recommend this heater.

These are just over two years old, but they aren't used all that much. It is a great product for how it works. Just two issues - the cord is fraying (on both, I have two) and the remote stopped working (for one, pretty early on). It provides great heat, easy to move around. Makes no noise, so way better than any blower type heater. It is great inside and out. We use on chilly summer nights on the deck and inside when we only want to heat one area of our house. Really like these, but reluctant to repurchase due to the cord situation.

Great for spot heating. Love the remote use and easy setup. Worth the buy! We use in our garage. Use a propane heater to heat the whole room then shutoff and use this heater to keep the warmth for hours.

I had great expectations for this style heater. I have a small unheated garage and three seasons of the year I am able to use it as a makeshift exercise room. Winters are tough, though. I live in Southern New England so from December to around the beginning of April the garage can be so cold it makes it uncomfortable to use for an hour-long exercise session. I was hoping this heater would remedy that by heating the garage to at least 55-60F, a temperature that is comfortable when the body is moving and circulation enhanced. I've used it on cold days six times trying to problem-solve a solution that would help raise the ambient temperature. The best I can get is five degrees more, something that is unacceptable when the temperature in the garage starts at 40F. First I tried the highest setting, L3 for two hours. The thermometer hardly budged more than 2 degrees. Next, I raised the tripod setting to its highest and pointed the face of the heater down. Same result. Then I decided to preheat the garage for two hours before using it. Same result. I went back and re-read the instructions thinking I might be missing something and also checked a few YouTube to see if they provided any insight. The only thing I could find different was understanding that the radiant heat has to heat objects in a room and those objects, in turn, heat the air. So I lowered the tripod settings as far down as it would go and pointed the heater at the cement floor hoping it would absorb heat and then that would rise inside the garage. I turned it on and left it for 4 hours. When I came back the heat had risen only 5 degrees, still inadequate to heat the garage to a comfortable 55-60F. The best I can determine is this heater works only in very small enclosed spaces and when pointed at the user, warms him/her with radiant heat, but if they move from a direct line of sight it suddenly goes cold. So if you are reading a book or tying flies at a bench, this would be great, but then why would I do those things in an unheated garage [rhetorical, the answer is self-evident]. Frankly, I am greatly disappointed.

It's surprising how well this heats in my situation. I used to use a small regular space heater with a fan and at 1500 watts on a cold day in the garage it would be barely noticeable. The infrared aspect of this heater is a game changer for me. It won't heat up a garage but it will warm me comfortably where I work.

This product works exceptionally well and generates a significant amount of heat! My husband uses it when he needs to be in the garage during the cooler months but doesn’t want to freeze. He particularly appreciates its versatility, as it can be mounted or placed on a stand. While it does take up some space, it’s well worth the effort. We’ve had it for almost a year now and it continues to function flawlessly.

Honest assessment. I bought this to heat my garage because a few others said it did a good job for them; one person said it heated up his garage within 30 minutes. The outside temp was 40-45 degrees but the garage seems to hold the cold so I would say it is sometimes colder than outside because there is no sunlight to raise the inside temp. We set this heater up, directing it into the widest space of the garage and let it run for about 2 hours. There was little to no change in temperature to the overall space. The exception being that standing about 3-4 feet from the unit, the heat could be felt. I can't imagine how this heater could heat a patio in an outdoor space. My conclusion is that if you need heat in a small space while you are task working in your garage this will work. But using it to heat a standard garage area (even a portion) is not something it will do.

These heaters were well worth the wait. A shout out to the Sellers as their customer service was stellar. There were several shipping issues with UPS but the Sellers promptly addressed the issues with UPS each time and ensured that we finally received our purchase. They were simply amazing! As we are anticipating lock down, we are planning to celebrate Christmas dinner outside, therefore these heaters are perfect. They are even better than anticipated i.e. sturdy construction, assemble with ease, very warm even when not on high setting, sleek look/design. We're very happy with this excellent purchase!

Three settings of heat and they all work. Fortunately we didn't get an early summer so it was possible to use the heater for some late night outdoor projection movie times. It doesn't heat a space as such but it heats your body when in range. Decent spread of heat that was felt by three people sitting in different positions from each other (not huddled together). Not much else to say - good warmth, quite easy to setup. Tripod allows various heights to experiment how the heat will impact each person. Nice touch by the manufacturer would have been supplying a cloth wrap to slip the heater in when storing to keep from getting scratched. Certainly not a deal breaker, just a convenience. Remote control worked as expected. So far, a good purchase for my requirements.

Great heater of you're familiar with infrared. This is not a space heater, doesn't heat a big area but it's not intended to. I have 1 on my balcony and it was comfortable at minus 11c. We use one at work in shipping containers and it takes the edge off. Pricey but good quality and durable. The work I've had taken a few spills and still working great. We've also had it outside during a snow storm and it was great.

I purchased this item in December. It arrived promptly and was easy to set up on my gazebo enclosed back deck. It gives off a wonderful heat, has three settings and I love it! I’ve read many reviews that are simply false! 4 months later the heat bulb broke and I contacted the seller, who responded later the same day, sent me a UPS label and I shipped it back to them for free and within a week, I had a new one. They are excellent communicators, lovely people to deal with, they took their time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend.

Very easy to assemble. I received it 2 weeks ago. I have installed it in my 4 seasons patio but the minute it went cold below 0°C around minus 5. The thing doesn't work. Doesn't want to work again. Not for Canada weather . Really not impressed.
