I bought this feeling extremely skeptical. But let me tell you, it’s been about 3 weeks and I am noticing my appetite has been less intense, I’m not getting hunger pains in between meals, and my sugar cravings are down. To be honest I’m not sure if this is what’s helping me or this tea I’ve been drinking but I am going to keep taking it hoping it will also help with hormones in the long run. They are not fun to take (4 kinda big pills) but it is worth it. I will write a follow up review if I notice more changes later on.

I just ordered this product a few days ago after reading all the amazing comments. On first taste, the pills were not so large that you couldn’t take them, I took 2 at one time with ease. There wasn’t an unpleasant taste or anything. One thing I noticed is that it induced my hunger. I’m usually bit hungry in the middle of the day but after taking the pills I had 3 meals, which hasn’t happened in a while. I’m looking forward to see what other positive changes occur in my body from this supplement.

Great addition to my wellness routine! It’s easy to use, the serving scoop is helpful, and it blends smoothly into my morning drink. I like that it’s simple, straightforward, and doesn’t have a strong flavor. Would definitely repurchase!

I did some research on these and people actually use it to also help with ptsd and depression as well as anxiety. I have anxiety and ptsd. My body also doesn't make progesterone and I gotta tell you it makes me feel relaxed and sleepy like the synthetic progesterone my doc put me on so I could keep my son. I used to have panic attacks so bad I would end up in the hospital and anxiety so bad I would chew my finger tips and rip the inside of my mouth apart until it was bloody. Since taking this my periods aren't killing me I can skip the pain meds. No panic attacks. Anxiety is better. I still chew on my nails but Im not digging in. I used to have ptsd flash backs and feel traumatized every day by my own memory playing in my head over and over again and now my brain is quiet. I feel more loving people. My emotions aren't in a high pitched rollercoaster anymore. I still cry when Im happy tho but I believe thats just the state my heart goes into when I feel blessed. And having had a hard life, those are often. I recommend these for anyone that feels something is off in their body. I tried to hunt down with docs etc to find out what was wrong with me and why I couldn't have kids and it took me 5 years to get to this point. Listen to your gut. This stuff will help.

I have been struggling with PCOS since I was a teen. I’m a 39 year old female, I have terrible symptoms such as weight gain, acne, dark patches on skin from hormone imbalance and hirsutism (male-pattern hair growth), particularly on my upper lip and chin. The coarse, black hair recently started spreading toward my cheeks and sprouting UNDER my chin. I have struggled with my endeavors in weight loss as well, along with painful periods, 35+ day long cycles and mood swings. I originally wrote a glowing review of this supplement and it still is the one I take because it’s what I can’t afford. But I’ve noticed that the quality has gone down since they originally started selling them. They are now not filling all of the capsules, so some capsules will be half full

Bought this to help with fertility, although I haven't fallen pregnant YET... The bonus is I now have lighter periods with much less pain. My ovaries do not ache on a daily basis too. Very impressed. Thank you

Good product at a competitive price. (Comparatively) My only complaint is the sellers limit whereby you can only purchase one bottle at a time. shipping costs to Australia are almost equal to the value of the product so it would be preferable to be able to stock up on more than one.
