The lift came in on time and undamaged. Thank you, ABF. I assembled it by myself aided by a forklift, everything fit and there was plenty of hardware. The entire assembly took about 8 hours and 2 gallons of hydraulic oil. The instructions are a bit sketchy but, Hey I'm A Guy, we never read them anyways. The assembly process is quite intuitive and if you return to the guide to be certain the information is there, but you need to dig for it. Unloading is simple, narrow the forks and lift it from the end. My 4500 lb. forklift had no problem, but it was right at the limit. please don't try it with a small forklift. The long and short, if you have a shop and want a 4-post lift, you likely have some mechanical sense and will not have a problem. I am not sure I'm comfortable with the free standing (even though it's industry standard) and might just bolt it down, the feet are drilled so it can easily be done if desired

Perfect lift for the one man show, the wheel kit works perfectly to move around on a smooth floor . lift showed up a day early than was expected, so make sure you have a fork lift lined up when you order it . The directions are quite vague, but if you take all the parts out of the package and lay them out you will see how it all goes together if you have any mechanical experience. The pump motor is a little tricky to wire because of the colors of the wire that come with it . All and all I would recommend this lift to anyone.

The workmanship and materials on this are out of sight awesome. The directions however are very very poor and difficult to understand. I am an experienced mechanic as is my next-door neighbor and we both had to perform some serious problem-solving skills to put this thing together. I contacted the vendor and got an apology that the assembly instructions were not better but was directed to YouTube videos that were somewhat helpful but not great. I am extremely happy with the build quality and sturdiness of the unit now that is installed. If you have a serious homeowner garage, this will give you street cred like no one’s business. I would advise anyone that buys this to get the bridge jack that goes along with it so you can work on your projects and not be limited to a storage lift. All in all I’m pretty satisfied and would buy this unit again. If you are not particularly mechanically inclined and would rather spend more money and pay somebody to do things then you may want to consider a much more expensive lift. If you are a very serious hobbyist in a do it yourself or then I recommend this product.

I needed two lifts for my auto shop. I got one local from a guy who buys containers of them and then sells them for a small mark up. So, I had it assembled before this one arrived and was able to compare directly. In the pic, tje Amazon one is on the right. Immediately I noted better quality of parts, construction, and assembly process. The one I got local was $3200. This one was $3500 delivered to a shipping port as I don’t have a truck dock, or the would have brought it to me. That price, shipped, including all taxes, and it’s a better build? I would buy this one again, and again. The mobility feature is also very nice.

I already owned four (four-post) lifts made by a different brand. When purchasing this lift, it had several better features that I did not expect. 1. The cables were pre-routed under the ramps so the trouble of figuring out where they should go has been eliminated... and it makes the assembly process quicker. 2. The fluid reservoir for the pump is transparent so you can see how high you fill the oil. 3. The casters on the included caster kit seem nicer than others I have used. 4. The price was more favorable than other competitors with the same component quality. Great product. I would buy it again.

Overall, this is a really a decent lift. Although this review isn’t about shipping, I do want to note that this lift arrived from all the way across the country much faster than I expected. If you have never installed a 4 post lift before, you will likely need to watch some videos on how to install one or find some sort of online manual because the little pamphlet that comes with the lift will not be enough. Even having setup a lift a couple years ago at my place I found myself having to go look at that lift for reference on several occasions. Then, strangely, the lift came with some extra bolts (which makes you wonder if you missed something) but a shortage of washers. The packing was good and I don’t think anything fell out during shipping. More likely the guy over in China counting bolts, nuts and washers was having an off day. Although the hardware was all metric, I had some 7/16 and 3/8 washers on hand, a well as a spare 5 gallon bucket of hydraulic fluid, and was able to complete the installation without having to go buy anything. Besides the hydraulic fluid, I think I needed 8 of the 7/16” washers and maybe 4 of the 3/8” washers to finish. Once setup, everything functioned just fine and there were no nasty surprises. Even with the time scratching my head looking at the included “instructions”, I think it took my wife and I about 6 hours to completely setup and install the lift. I’m in my mid 60’s (and I won’t give my wife’s age but she is not all that many years younger than me) and I am a little sore the day after installing so you may want to enlist a couple helpers if you’re going to install yourself just to make it easier on yourself. Once done, you will have a decent 4 post lift that will honestly rival those costing twice as much.

Installation. This was the only lift I have ever installed but found it to be fairly simple. I am 76 years old and not in the greatest shape but with the use of a cherry picker was able to install in a day. Unwrapping the package not included in that day. Aplus lifts are very serious in making sure everything stays together. Wrapped very well. I found that all bolts were included and did not have to use the ones holding the lift together in shipping.
