Can I get a perm if I used this product?

I'm not sure if you were still wavering but if you use any color on your hair at all and get a perm you risk literally turning your hair to goo it'll melt and stretch and you'll be bald or at best you'll be very patchy and still want a wig. Your hair needs to be entirely virgin to get a perm and that doesn't take a year if your hair is more than 12 inches and you're in your early 20s you probably shouldn't try to perm your hair til your 30s because your hair can't have any color chemicals in it. Hair color doesn't wash out over time like it appears too it's there forever until you cut your hair or it grows out.

Can this be used on dyed hair?

This can be used on dyed hair. It contains hydrogen peroxide so use lightens the hair permanently. Do not use on a sensitive, irritated or damaged scalp. Not intended for use on medium brown or darker shades of hair. Keep away from children.

What does the word "controlled" mean in relation to this product?

1) because of the spray top you can apply it only where you want highlights. 2) depending on how much of the product you apply and how much heat you apply I assume you can control the amount of lightening (and damage)

how long after applying do you shower?

This product is used after showering. It is applied to towel dried hair. The greater the heat on blow drier or iron the greater the lightening effect. It isn't applied in shower.

I’ve been using this spray for around four months. First I was using without a hair dryer, just was applying and going outside for a sunbathing for a while. The results was there but slightly. Then I took a gap around few weeks and then started using this spray with hair dryer+sun both for around 15-30 min. The result was better and faster but it won’t bleach your hair as an arctic white. I was using just a spray, without any bleaching shampoo or conditioner. My hair colour is natural and hair didn’t become too much dry, a little bit only. Pic is before I stared to use it and after 4 months.
