This one is 100-240volt or 110v??please help

Neither... it runs on two AAA batteries. Not near as good as AC powered trimmers but cheap and good enough where there is no power.

Can this be used without the guard?

Yes, you can use it without the guard for a closer shave. However, don't recommend this trimmer at all! Have to run over the hair multiple times to get it to cut, and the guard is useless as it practically prevents the hair from getting through to the blades. Regret buying this..

Can this be used for the body?

I've used this on the back of my neck and its not comfortable and it scrapes along the skin but can get the job done if nothing else is available.

I have an unusual requirement - the spacing of the cutter 'teeth' ? terminology? the metal 'comb' has how many 'teeth'/inch? Too course I cut myself

The cutter head is 1 inch wide, and I count 24 spaces, so 25 teeth including the ends. Hope this helps you.
