Bourbon Street Bad Hot Sauce

Was glad to see it available again. It had disappeared for a while. Great flavor and not too hot. Right up there with Frank's in my view.

Good, not as sweet as expected...Heat is good

One of my go-to hot sauces. Works best on cajun/creole, obviously, but really good sprinkled on or in basically anything. It has a good spicy and flavorful heat. The texture is between a super thin tabasco or thick valentina, a good middle ground. It'll mix in to anything really well. Lots of depth of flavor with distinct smoke and roast along with a prickle from the spices and the warm peppery heat.Truly delicious - if you collect hot sauces, this is different than any of the standards and really rounds out your daily hot sauce set.

More flavor than hot. Really good hot(medium) sauce. The kind of sauce that makes you want to try it on different things.
