Anova Precision Cooker 16L Container [ANTC01] - Clear

Previously I’d hesitate to use my Anova but not since having this gem. I’ve used it a good few times now, no issues, everything fits perfectly, no warping and condensate is a minimum. It’s no longer a hassle to setup and monitor and I find I am using it more as I no longer have to setup a saucepan and go through the ceremony of trying to make it all fit and ensure no gaps. Very glad I brought it, despite some reviews being mediocre.

The tank was fine - initially - but as others have said, particularly for such a high price, I’d expect better stability. I’m sure I can make a frame to hold the sides in well enough to hold the rack in place - but I shouldn't need to!

I've had Anova precision cooker nano for a while but used various make-shift container to use it. I finally decided to invest on this container and boy, why didn't I do this sooner! it's changed the entire cooking experience... so much easier, cleaner, no more topping up with water etc. Now my Anova cooker is much more in use .. definitely worth it!

Perfecto. Después de más de un año usando olas, recipientes y film para evitar evaporación en cocción larga a baja temperatura opté por probar este recipiente. El resultado excelente. Se ajusta perfectamente a la máquina y no se evapora nada de agua. Muy recomendable

Als "er" angekommen ist war ich etwas Überrascht von dem großen Paket. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut, sehr stabil. Dabei war eine Abdeckung mit Gummidichtung sowie ein Gitter das auch sehr gut Verarbeitet ist und natürlich der Ausschnitt für den Garstab. Den Preis dafür ist zwar etwas hoch, aber dieser Behälter ist mit den 20 - 50 Euro Teile überhaupt nicht zu vergleichen. Bin sehr zufrieden.

I just got it an hour ago and Its already in use! It arrived 3 days before I expected it so I was very excited and HAD to find something to cook in it immediately. It fits my Chefman Sous Vide Machine like a GLOVE and because of the rubber ring thing around the opening for the SV machine I'm sure it would would fit many brands. It seems to be made of very sturdy material and the lid is easy to put on and take off. The only change I would make with the lid is to add hinges so you could just lift the front portion and not have to take it he entire lid off. The price point is excellent. In many other brands just the lid is 100$ then you have to add the container and the rack so your looking at close to 200 dollars. I really love that it's a rectangle instead of a deep square as it seems to be a better use if space. All in all I'm very pleased .... so unless something goes horribly wrong in the next little while (not expecting that) I would totally recommend this as an accompanying tool to your SV machine!

Not just superb clientele but one amazing product!

Does what it is supposed to do. Maybe it was a little larger than I was expecting, but otherwise fits the job well, and fit another circulator, not an Anova. That was a plus. It is at least sturdy enough to pick it up and move it when over half filled, but does not feel strong enough to be careless with that, twist or just be rough. The rack seems mostly useless. I was expecting to have it be close enough to the water to hold packages under water when they start releasing some air or gases during cooking and begin to float more. For this to be so, it seems the tub must be nearly full of water, likely higher than the max level mark on my circulator, so not very useful. I guess I might appreciate a variable height setting, maybe a reversible rack with two different height settings. I did try using the magnets available separately but they did not seem to work well with the rack as I had seen in some illustrations, so just used them as weights and I guess that was ok. I should mention that I live on, and use it on, a boat, so both size and water use are a concern, neither being unlimited. I would probably buy again for shore home use, but maybe just continue with my old large pot for shipboard use.
