Exact fit for old Carrier 58DLA furnace
Exact fit for my twenty year old Carrier 58DLA furnace. Very easy to install. Didn't need the wire that came with it. Working fine so far.

Perfect fit for my Carrier furnace and fixed the problem
My furnace kept cycling off at random times before room temp reached the set thermostat level. It was subtle bc it didn't turn off immediately after turning on like many other folks reported here but it would run for an hour or more but then will eventually just cycle off. I cleaned the old flame sensor and put it back but that did not do the trick. Did some research and stumbled on this and replaced old one with this. Instant fix to the problem! Furnace now runs as it should and maintains the set temperature without flames turning off and fan just blowing cold air like it did before. So glad I found it. Saved a lot of $$$ compared to a HVAC tech call.

Carrier flame sensor issue - solved
Cleaned the 10 yr old OEM flame sensor with #0000 wool and it was still intermittently working. Gave me error code sometimes. This part is so affordable and easy to install it didn’t make sense to not just replace it. So far it’s working. Same layout and size as OEM.
