The perfect knife
This is my second one of these after my kid destroyed the handle after 15+ years. Comes very sharp, fits my hand and can handle dang near any job.

Great knives
The twin signature series knives hold a good edge, are well balanced, and look great. I've had my set for 20 years and they look like new still (hand wash only). I had to replace my 7inch Santoku recently when the blade broke. it looks like it was partially cracked (rusty) inside the handle but I was also being a little rough with it at the time. it been such a great knife and I couldn't find my purchase info for a warranty claim, so I didn't mind buying another.

Best kitchen knives I have ever had. They are very very sharp and this one is great for cutting vegetables.

Good knife for all around kitchen use
This is a very good knife. Holds a good edge and is comfortable to use. I don't eat meat, so I don't know how it would hold up to cutting meat joints, but for veggies it works great.

Superb knife with the perfect blade length and a handle that is easy to hold with comfort. It is razor sharp fresh out of the factory, so be really careful with the cutting edge. It has become my go-to knife for virtually everything.

The knife is sharp and is easy to handle. Cuts well and the grip is good for cutting and slicing. I am glad that I invested in this knife. Although it is expensive but is definitely worth the money.
