Trailer Pin Lock
I use these as apposed to the pins to ensure 1) the trailer stays connected, and 2) no one is able to easily take the trailer. Iโve used these locks for years and find them to be very functional. The one caution though is to lubricant them from time to time.

Well made but not wide enough to use on any trailer larger than a small one with small width hitch coupler where you use the lock.
