Clubman Youthair Crème (Unboxed), 16 fl oz

I have used this product for 10 years. It’s no mess. Does not stain anything. Not a dye. It’s a white smooth gel. Put on and comb it in before going to bed. Will not stain sheets. Wash out next morning. My hair is completely white. Not with this. It’s really natural. You can’t get this with dyes especially just for men. That product will dye your hair black. Now the down side. It has lead acetate deemed to be a Carcinogen. The fda from what I have read has outlawed this product. That is why it has gone from $35 to $160. I ordered 5 bottles because there was nothing g better. Same with Grecian Formula changed their formula and doesn’t work. I used it for so long I felt it was necessary to find something to replace. I found a product that is a rinse from a beautician. Not a dye buy doesn’t last as long. 1 to 1 ratio easy to use. Now I have 4 bottles of Youth Hair left. lol

I am in my 30's and started to see gray hair in my late 20's which is typical of my father's side of the family. I have used 'just for men' a few times and hated it as it made my hair trashy not to mention the messing up of my shower with the coloring agent. I searched and searched over the years for a product that would work but nothing did. Just a few weeks ago i decided to search amazon to see if they had any products that i might try. i saw this here youthair product and with the reviews, decided to try it out and am i glad i did. this thing REALLY WORKS. I started using it and in 5 days 95% of my gray hair was changed and by 8 days i had a 99.99% full head of black hair. My wife who didn't think it would work is just amazed even as i am. The product starts out making my hair looking deep redish brown and then as the days passed it became black. I didn't wear a head wrap/cover or anything that would prevent my pillow from getting messed up for i wanted to see if the product left any form of coloring or residue but nope, not a thing. I didn't need to wash out my hair, or anything of the sort, i just poured it out in my hand like lotion since it looks just like lotion and is white in color, and i rub it into my hair, placing more focus on the very gray hair areas then the rest of the head and left it in, that's it. I started using like a table spoon amount 3 times daily then once the color was acheived i used just a little every now and then, there was no need to use everday and i have washed my hair since using the product and it remains the same. initially i didn't wash my hair for the 8 days when i started to use the product but have done so after the 8 days and i am amazed. I would reccommend this product to anyone for i have seen for myself that it does work.

I've tried having my hair colored professionally but don't like the expense, the experience of sitting in a salon with clips in my hair, a cosmetologist essentially painting my hair with a brush, the smell, the dark spots on my hairline for a few days afterward, and more. I also have tried the Just for Men type products but really dislike the smell, having to avoid washing my hair for days on end, the experience of applying such a thin liquid (most of it goes down the drain), and the poor results which are due partly to the fact that I don't use it consistently due to the bad experience. Youthair creme is easier to use. There's no waste because it is viscous - it stays on your hands until it gets spread into your hair. It doesn't then drip down your neck. I find the smell better than the liquid products I mentioned but I do prefer not to have it in my hair all the time, particularly if I will be working in close quarters with others. You can wash your hair if you like. I'm sure it takes a bit longer to work the more often you shampoo but it does still work. For these reasons I use it much more regularly than other products. So I get results. I'm not trying to get my hair back to the uniform dark brown of my youth since that would look a bit strange given the furrows in my face. So I can use it two or three times per week to maintain the look I want. Yes, the lead acetate worries me and I try to be conscious not to fiddle with my hair and I try to wash my hands a bit more often when I have it in my hair just in case i have inadvertently touched my hair. I figure it will take a long time to kill me (if it does) and at least I'll look a lot better at the open casket viewing. This bottle will last me at least 6 months and maybe as much as 9 months so it's a good value. It's not perfect but I'll keep using it until I find something better.

I have to admit, even after reading all the positive reviews here, I was skeptical- but I figured "Hey, it's cheap enough; It's worth a shot". Well, let me tell you, I'm 49 and had [Notice I said HAD] very bright gray hair on my temples, making me look like an old fart! And in case you don't know, for some reason, gray in that spot is very stubborn! I had tried dye ("Just For Men") years ago...and the gray would be back in a week. I used this Youthair every day for a week, and now just two times per week- and the gray is ALL gone! I look ten years younger! AND not only that, but I didn't notice any unpleasant odor, which some others had mentioned. This stuff has hardly any odor to it at all...the little scent it does have is quite pleasant- and I couldn't imagine anyone thinking of it as being otherwise- and once it is on your head for a few minutes, there is virtually zero scent. Your gray hair returns to it's normal color naturally...and no one can tell you are using anything. This stuff is amazing- and the price is unbelievable! This large shampoo-sized bottle will last for months! I am thoroughly satisfied with this product- and would not even consider using anything else, because this works perfectly, as advertised! I'm so glad I found this! I only wish I had tried it ten years ago...... If you want your gray to go bye-bye....get this, now! And the beauty is, you can control whether you want the gray totally gone or just partially- it is very easy to get just the look you want. And once it is rubbed in and dry, it is not greasy or in any way detectable! This is an amazing product and a great bargain- I highly recommend it- once you try it, your search will be over! EDIT: Please note, that as it says in the manufacturer's literature, this stuff is more effective when you are exposed to direct sunlight for a while, after using it. I find that in the winter, now, I have to use it more frequently to achieve the same results I get in the summer, because I am outdoors less and the sun is weaker. So do keep this in mind when you try this product. It still works great though- and the best thing about it is: Your hair doesn't look one solid color like it does when you use a dye- which is so unnatural. Our hair (except for people who have jet black hair) is made up of several different shades of color....and that is why it is so easy to spot someone who had a dye-job, because dye makes the hair one solid color- and then it is blatantly obviuous- while this stuff still lets the natural color variations in your hair shine through- so it looks 100% natural. My own mother did not realize I was using this, as the gray went away gradually, and my hair retained it's natural color and characteristics.

My barber recommended this. I think it has the same ingredient as Grecian Formula. It's pretty good at leaving spots on my pillow case. My hair, though, looks the same as it did before, but now, it has a smell. Guess I let my vanity get the best of me :(

I have been using Youthair for over a year and am very happy with it. I have never washed my hair every day, shampoo strips hair of natural and productive oils. I only use baby shampoo...shampoo acually promotes grey hair...the same companies that make shampoo make hair dye, can't imagine why they would add something that produces grey hair...(not) LOL. I'd like to address some concern's: Labeled for California law that it causes cancer....bought a gas grill this past summer with the same warning, and food is going into your body not onto your scalp. Odor...I have no problems with odor and actually am told I smell nice, when it is the only thing I have on...I can only assume body chemistry has something to do with the odor (or using too much), but I would follow the application with some aftershave/cologne to my hair if I smelled bad. Hair feeling greasy, again, using too much?...after I wash my hair (with baby shampoo)every three day's I use about a tsp. I have always used something to get that "wet look" and this provides it. Every morning that I don't shampoo, I moisten my hair so I can brush it into place and get the Wet look back again. It does dry a little "stiff", like using hair gel, but again that's also how I like to wear my hair. Brushing after it dries takes away the stiffness though. When I started using it I was completly grey on the sides and salt & pepper on top...now I have none. Still use Just for Men for facial hair on my mustache and chest hair (and a little lower), it's cumbersome, messy, expensive, time consuming, and leave's stains on bath towels...Youthair does none of that, wish Youthair made something for these areas. I've never used it but Youthair also makes a lead acetate free product, which is the "cancer causing ingredient". Twice as expensive, but peace of mind for those concerned.

Excellent product and works as described. I used it once a day, and had my normal medium brown in about 5 days! I highly recommend it...in fact, I just ordered the liquid. It's not fake looking like the dye products I've tried and you don't have to worry about how long to leave it on and what shade you'll end up with...and it's gradual. Like others mentioned, it does have an odor (smells like women getting a perm), so I put it on at night and wash it out when I shower in the morning.

Gray is a nice hair color. But gray is not working well with my youthful face. Some years ago, I was referred to Youthhair liquid. It works very well. This is my first time with the Creme. Creme seems to work as well but somewhat slower. Since the effect lasts for a long time, I don't mind it taking longer. Now that my color is what it was as a young man, all it needs is some tweaking from time to time. If you want that youthful color back, this works. I do wish one thing. That the lead in the product would be studied for possible harmful effects. But still, I tend to think any harmful effects of the lead would be way down the road. At my age, I am not sure how much more road there is.
