Does this foam/lather ?

No it doesn't foam or lather like soap. The consistency is silky and almost watery, and not very viscous. Once you wash it off (I usually can use a nickel size for my entire face) it doesn't leave a residue. I will say that the first bottle I bought in store had zero smell to it and the same bottle that I bought on Amazon has a minty smell to it. Not sure if there's any difference with product quality there but it was something I noticed.
