Original Unflavored Gelatin Dessert Mix - 16 oz Jugs (4 Pack)

I am chuckling at the 5 stars for flavor... it has no flavor as it is advertised! :) I have been using 2 tablespoons each day for several years and I feel my joints and nails are better and my hair is thicker. Usually I sprinkle 1 tablespoon over 4 or so ounces cold strong tea, add stevia, lemon juice, chia gel and water to fill my large mug. Microwave 2.5 minutes in my antique microwave. Enjoy hot. If I forget to finish it hot, I may later discover it has gelled to a pudding! :) Another way is make hot chocolate. To 4 ounces cold water, add 1/2 teaspoon cocoa to 1 tablespoon gelatin. Fill large mug 3/4 full and heat. Add whipped cream and sweeten to taste. .Gelatin gives it more body without the sugar. Also cools to pudding.

You have to thoroughly mix this into your beverage, I use coffee. And then you need to drink it within a relatively short time. I found that after accidentally leaving a cup of coffee overnite in the microwave, in the morning I had soft set coffee flavored jello!! It wasn’t bad!! But the reason I bought this was to help with my weak nails. This was the second time I’ve bought this. Because it Really has improved the strength of my nails.
