Hi, There seems to be a feedback problem with the microphone of the Kandao. When using the Kandao with Zoom and using both the microphone and speaker of the Kandao, there is a garbled sound that results when the person using the Kandao speaks. This problem was reported by others on Amazon-see other reviews. I tried reaching out to [email protected], with questions about the microphone problem. I sent recordings of Zoom meetings which they admitted were not the way the camera was supposed to work. I like the way the camera and speakers work, but with the mic problem, this device is not an all in one device because you would need to use a different mic to make it work without the feedback. After more emails to [email protected], they replied that they would send a replacement if I returned the defective one to a US address. I did return it and they received all the paperwork, but have still after almost 2 weeks not shipped the replacement. Updating this review, I finally did receive a replacement that worked very well. So, although it took a while to resolve, the company did honor its warranty and did replace the device with a good working one. The microphone on the replacement works as expected and is very sensitive and clear. The camera also provides a clear image of the 360-degree view.

Great appearance; love the features. Could not get output from speakers after updating firmware. Not enough guide to user in the accompanying manual or online. Requested online assistance but problem remains unresolved. Had to put meeting project on hold--for now.

Great audio pickup. Great video quality. Large vertical field of view. Easy to use with Zoom Meetings. Connect it to the computer and it worked! Love it!!!

We tried the Kandao and the Owl labs at our office. The camera quality with the Kandao was noticably better. The picture was clear and sharp, while the owl was...not. The tracking on the camera isn't perfect, but works about 80% of the time in my experience. There are 4 different modes, that you can select (on-the-fly) to try and find tune your experience. We tested it out in a room that was about 20 ft wide and 40+ ft long. While people at the far end needed to speak up a bit, the Kandao was able to pick it up and turn the camera to face the person...pretty impressive. For the camera to focus on a person, it took about 2-3 seconds of speaking before recognizing it was "worth the switch". I think this helps (overall) so people don't experience a ping-pong effect. Overall, the unit is sturdy and we're happy. Right now I'm trying to see if we can include wireless mikes with it to help with bigger rooms.

Excellent product was received super fast.

The camera was faulty, didn't even turn on. Tried several times and different ways, watched tutorials, etc. I returned it immediately and bought an Owl. This one sounded like a good deal vs. the Owl, but what came was absolutely worthless

Easy to set up and use.

Funktioniert wie sie soll und besser als erwartet! Sie war zwar noch nicht sehr viel im Einsatz, aber bis jetzt hat sie vollständig überzeugt.

Fonctionne sous Linux sans aucun problème et sans difficultés aucunes. Qualité bluffante, panoramique à 360° et visualisation de la personne qui parle en direct avec un suivi des déplacements. Haut-parleur et micros de bonnes qualités. Ce n'est pas la qualité "cinéma" mais totalement et plus que suffisante pour une utilisation professionnelle.

No tiene controles para fijar la cámara, no hay software de ajustes. El servicio al cliente es lento e inservible. Pésima selección. Evitarla a toda costa.
