Does it come with the screws?

Yep, screws, wall plugs, brackets and straps. Straps are unreliable though, we bought a set from b&q, can’t fault the system otherwise.

How do you attach it to a TV?

I doubt that you can as you need to screw one side to the wall and the other side to the furniture. Fine for a cupboard but not a TV.

Can you open the clip once you have fitted it. I want to use to lock open a gate. But then open the fixing when I want to use the gate again?

The pieces that goes into the wall and the furniture are screwed in. The part that holds furniture to the wall securely is a ziptie so I'd imagine would have to be cut off. These were bought and fixed for my daughter so they're not in my home

Can i use these to secure my desk from wobbleing a bit?

I doubt they would be very successful at that. I have a few cupboards secured with them but there is a little play in them. They really just prevent them from being pulled over and they are very secure for that purpose.
