Update: I’ve since found suitable reflectors on Amazon and I’m going to try them out. Do a search for “led lens”. As with other reviewers I find these an excellent replacement for 20w halogens in my landscape lighting. There’s just one issue: the halogens had a reflector and without a reflector in the black housing of my fixtures, these would perform poorly. I ended up fabricating my own reflectors from thin aluminum flashing material. It’s a bit of a chore but once done the bulbs perform very nicely. Maybe someone makes reflectors that us folks could add on. So far I have not found them.

These bulbs were the perfect replacement for the halogen ones that were under my kitchen cabinets. the warm white provides the perfect amount of light. Unfortunately after 17 months 2 of the bulbs started to flicker & go out often. Since the company, Lacnooe, has a 36 month warranty I contacted them about this problem. Their customer service is excellent! I emailed them, got a response from Vidy & new bulbs were in the mail within 24hours. The bulbs were supposed to be here on Jan. 31 but i got them much quicker. They arrived on the 27th. I would not hesitate to buy any products from this company in the future! Thank you Lacnooe & Vidy for your great customer service.

I have been looking for LEDs to replace the halogen bulbs in our under counter kitchen lights for years. The halogens were just too much of a headache to constantly replace and they made the lower level of the cabinets warm inside. These are the best I have found so far. They are a good color, operate cool, and are quite bright, appearing ALMOST the same in brightness as the halogens. I say almost because the bulb itself blocks some of the light emitted upward from reflecting down, unlike a halogen. Ideally I would like something exactly like these but with a tiny bit more output to compensate for this. Otherwise I am quite happy with them.

Well, after reading some of the other reviews, I thought the led bulbs should be good. After doing some research, I now know you just can't always replace a halogen with led and not expect issues such as flickering. I read that some people had luck just replacing their bulbs, so I gave it a try. I had previously replaced my halogen with led's from another company and had flickering, but lived with it. They started burning out, so I had to order some replacements and decided to try these. I replaced all 4 in my overhead fan and did get some flicker, so I tried the use one halogen bulb, but the only one i had was burnt out. I used three of the Lacnooe and one of the old ones and voila! No flicker and great, bright light. I gave it 4 stars for brightness because the label said 3w and it seems the same as my 2w led bulbs. I can't give it 5 stars for longevity because I have only been using it for a month. The company seems to be trying hard to ensure customers are buying the right items and using them as intended. Good job for good customer support!

They worked just fine

From the first photo you can see the size relative to the halogen bulb it replaced. I was able to force it in but we will see how it does after bouncing down the road. The whole bulb is potted in a clear silicone rubber. Since the bulb is really too long for this puck fixture, forcing the bezel on caused the silicone at the tip of the bulb to break off. It did not expose the led chip, so I think it may work. In my rig the puck fixtures are on dimmers. These led do dim but not very well for me. The light output is good compared to a 10 watt halogen, not 20w-25w, and it is a warm white that I liked. I would buy them again if I could not find a shorter version. I gave a 3 star overall because the ad says it works in RV puck lights. It does, but barely. I could not rate longevity.

Bright, easy to install in our RV. Fits well into small pot light fixture. No flickering noted. We are happy.

Bought these a year ago. Perfect replacement for my under-counter halogen pucks; the flat shape lets me put the glass covers back on. Colour is a nice warm white and brightness is good. Really appreciate not having heat from the halogens, especially in summer. Worth the loss of dimmability. I've had no flickering problems until recently one bulb has started to flicker on and off. Going to buy another pack so I'll have spares on hand. Update 14-May-2022: I realized I still had 2 halogens in my undercounter circuit. When I replaced them plus the faulty bulb with all LEDs, I got the flickering problem other people have mentioned. I put one halogen back in (so now running with 11 LEDs + 1 halogen), and have no more flickering. I think the flickering happens if the current draw is too low. Anyway I'm happy to keep running in this mode. Much better than 12 halogens, both heat and power wise!

Great bulbs. A bit brighter than 10W halogen bulbs they replaced. The color is a little on the warm side. But I light this tone. Only used them for a few days, so can't comment on the longevity. These are compatible with both AC and DC, very flexible. I used them both with AC transformers, as well as DC constant voltage drivers. They work equally well on either. There is no flicker or hum. Note that some AC transformers/power supplies don't work well with lighter loads given by LED bulbs: they will flicker inside some fixtures (personal experience). High quality AC transformers are OK, especially running closer to their capacity.

Easily replaced the old halogen bulbs. brighter with less power usage.
