Half the price twice the work.
So while it is half the price of the factory one there are several issues. 1. Other than the spacers, self tapping wood screws and 2 of the 4 bolts that mount the back rest pad mount to the bars NONE of the hardware works for the bike. 2. The pad looks like the factory one but the padding is thin an flimsy. 3. The bars don't mount flush with the pad mount. I had some longer bolts on hand luckily otherwise it would not have worked. Again half the price of the factory one but get ready to improvise.

What to expect
You get what you pay for cam in scratched none on the bolts fitted. Be prepared to do it yourself peace of wood or cardboard in the seat is soft. Its just ok product time will tell.

Bring your own hardware
I have a 2104 Yamaha Stryker. The back rest came scratched. None of the hardware came close to working, let alone would work together. It does fit if you buy all your own hardware and have flat black touch up paint.
