Nice and soft
The real thickness is 8cm. This is perfect. 11cm would have been too much.Soft and comfortable. No smell.

Pillow is a bit firm
The product would be good for people who need a bit firm pillow... quality was good and packing also was done well however not as per my liking due to medical reasons. So I am returning it and ordered another brand

This is the ultimate memory foam pillow. The size is good and the memory foam effect is totally pronounced. Everybody in our family loves it and we need to order more!

Worth it
Wonderful pillow, it's large sized. Slightly on the firmer side, my preference was that way. Loving it.

Hard and rather thick pillow
I think the makers forgot that a pillow is used for resting the head, not for sitting. This pillow is hard like a bed or sofa cushion, which makes it pretty uncomfortable. Additionally the thickness of 4+ inch, made it quite unsuitable, at least for me.

Inconsistant Product Description!
I see a lot of inconsistancy in the Heading, Decription and Details. The heading and description says its Memory Foam but the details says its Micro Fibre. Which one should we believe?

Comfortable pillow, not great but decent enough quality to sleep
Quality is nice, height is little bit smaller than i expected. It's around 3"to 3.5".
