No problems with it at all so far after about two months of use five days a week, keeping my lunch cold throughout the day. It does what it says on the tin, keeps my lunch cold for the 5-6 hours until I eat it in an insulated lunch bag.

I tried the purple freezer ones, but too cold for my boys. Green 1 was the way to go.

Had them for about a month now and use them for work. Great packs keeps everything nice and chilled and eliminates the use for bags of ice. If you can, make sure you chill your drinks too the night before so it works at it's full power.

Good size and shape. They stay cold for a long time, and don' t bloat when they freeze.

We used this in my boat cooler over the weekend had 8 cokes and 2 sandwiches in the cooler all day when we finished the day 9 hours later cokes were still cold would and definitely buy again oh almost forgot put 2 in a igloo cooler and put frozen food in it drove for 4 and a half hours everything was still frozen

This product disappointed BIG time. Did not stay as cold as advertised. Fit good, easy to use, appearance matched picture, not worth the money.

I have had several of these for a few years and now most times I don’t have to bother with ice. Think about that. I’m fishing every day in Louisiana with my 24 quart Yeti in my canoe or beach cart. Every day I switch out a big Arctic Ice, compared to how I would freeze a new block of ice every night to pack the next day. Keeps bait and drinks cold all day and thru the night. No more freezing up block ice for the next day. One less delay to get my line in the water. For a couple day trip with my 65 quart Yeti I put in 3 and that has worked well. Keep in mind I pre chill my coolers with a frozen milk jug or two before putting in the Arctic Ice packs. No matter what you use always prechill a cooler unless it will only be used for a short while. I also just bought a couple smaller AI packs and may add one of those to my fishing cooler along with the big one on really hot days. I often clean my fish on the beach and chill the fillets on the spot. Don’t know if I’ll need that extra chill under that circumstance but I’m ready.

I'm giving this a high mark because it was the first time I had to process an Amazon return (a leak) and it was smooth and painless - exceeding my expectation. Aside from that the product seems to be a good product after receiving a new one.

Really not worth the price. Lasts about the same amount of time as the same sized cheap “blue” ice pack. I pulled out of the freezer and left a blue ice pack and the fancy arctic ice ice pack in two of the same cooler with same lunch to see which one would last longer. Both melted at the same time. Disappointing

I bought two and one has leaked from the sealed top when it started to defrost. I’ve only had a couple of uses with it. Other than that—great ice packs! Stays frozen for hours on end in a rotomolded cooler.
