Pleasant taste
I haven't been on this long enough to know if its working for me or not yet. I will say the taste is not bad at all. It is sweet, but not terrible. It has a strong lemon taste that stays with me for a bit, but again not unpleasant at all to me. I would recommend it to at least try. It's also nice that it's not just another pill. I think it would be easy to also mix into a lemonade or something if you didn't want it by itself. It's not too strong at all. Hope it works for you. I'll review again once I know if it has for me.

This is the only way to take B-12, subliminal works better than pills.

I thought I might be deficient in B-12 and boy was I right. As soon as started taking this...I had waaay more energy and stamina. This is a great brand!! I did a lot of research and it's best to have these types of B-12. Perfect for plant based diets like mine!!! I highly recommend this and will be buying this on a regular bases!!
