Exelent product

I won't lie, most people will not like the flavor. It tastes like medicine, but I am one of the few people who loves the taste of medicine. So the taste is just a bonus to me but may be one of the only bad things for other people. I don't take this every day, but when I do take it, I definitely have more energy ALL day long. It does get pretty sticky around the lid. So I have to wash it with warm water fairly often, but it's easy to do. I also love that it's liquid. It seams to work better that way. I will definitely be purchasing more when the time comes.

I've been using B12 for over a decade, I have always bought/used the ones that come with the dropper to squirt under the tongue. I thought this would save on waste and money by refilling an reusing my bottle I have, but this stuff is thick and has a awful taste and smell. To be honest though I've never ventured out from buying the medicine dropper kind so maybe this is normal. Plus, if your buying it for the same reason I did then beware because it also STAINS anything it touches and this is not a exaggeration, it got all over my bed and hands and didn't want to come off! Only reason that happened though is because the bottle was broke when I opened my package.
