Honesty amazing tape, it’s very firm and sticky, it lasts ages, helps my muscles and ease pain when taped, great price and flexible. An amazing product.

I've used this to lightly support muscles in my shoulders and legs. The tape is stretchy, stick and doesn't peel, even after 36-48 hours. I'll be repurchasing another roll once I run out.

Sticks well. using it to make my own plaster for a scar on my face. does not hurt skin when removed and does not leave much stickiness behind. As long as your scissors are sharp its easy to cut. Good value for money and good quality.

Am currently using this to rehab an abdominal hernia that suddenly appeared. On YouTube there are a number of tutorials showing how to apply the tape and the appropriate method and techniques. Personally it’s saved me from having surgery. Obviously the tape alone hasn’t done that! I’m doing rehab training multiple times a day, but without the support of the tape, it wouldn’t be as effective. A first tape layer last 3-4 days on shaven and dry skin. The adhesion is quite robust, so if you have a low pain tolerance you probably won’t like it.

Colour suits white skin more. I bought tan on purpose as I have darker skin but it's too light. The stickyness isn't great but it'll do.

I think this product needs a hazard warning attached, I thought it was going to removed a layer of my skin on removal, the results can be seen in the photos supplied.
