Unfortunately, all three cans were dented along the bottom seam, rendering them unsafe (damages to seams allows bacteria to enter/form). If you buy, make sure to check the cans upon delivery.

I was determined to replicate making Hong Kong-style milk tea at home. This is one of the ingredients that is vital to that authentic taste.

Does’t whip! Filled milk is supposed to whip to stiff peaks at room temperature.

Milnot is the usual brand. Can't find it anywhere locally. Trying this product. More to come.

It is like a secret menu for people to use Black & White Evaporated milk for Hong Kong milk tea. It taste exactly how it tasted when you go to a chinese dim sum restaurant. Every high quality and very creamy taste!!! TRY IT OUT YOURSELF AND YOU WILL LOVE IT!!

Nasty stuff. Main ingredients are nonfat milk and soybean oil (a very unhealthy pesticide laden oil). Ordered in error.... I thought I was getting an honest real milk product not a highly processed chemical laden stew.

I was worried about ordering these without knowing expiry dates. Those were great as good until JUL052024. But didn't expect them to be dented cans! One can has dents on 2 sides. Not sure I will order from same place again, but it is difficult to find EVAPORATED FILLED milk for family tradition of Jeff Davis pie for 3 holidays. That recipe does not taste as good with just Evaporated milk! We used to buy Milnot evaporated filled milk from Hy-Vee in Quad Cities, IL, but relatives who still live there could not find it this year. Very DISAPPOINTED that cans are badly dented! Minot on Amazon is outrageously over priced! I used this brand last year and the pies tasted similar to our Milnot brand.
