Great Quality for School Use
This compass and protractor set worked exactly as expected. The compass stays in place well, makes clean circles, and feels much sturdier than some of the cheaper sets I've used in the past. The protractor markings are easy to read, making geometry assignments much easier.Everything arrived in good condition and was ready to use right out of the package. It has held up well through regular school use and seems built to last.For the price, this is an excellent value and a reliable addition to any student's school supplies.

Numbers rubbing off brand new protractor
Out of the box, the compass seems like what I was looking for. I haven't used one in years, and not often, but I bought a plastic one a few days ago at one of the office supply chains that was TERRIBLE. Flimsy, so I couldn't draw a circle without it buckling, and both legs moved, so it was impossible to get the measurements aligned, anyway. This metal one is so much better. Time will, of course, tell, regarding it's longevity.But the protractor already has numbers and lines wearing off.Also, the set is two dollars cheaper today then when I purchased it a couple days ago. That's a big difference on a $7 item. 29%.

These are going to be a nightmare
The moveable arm was off several of the protractors. Looking at them, I figured out how to put them back on but they continually fall off. This is with just having them in little pencil cases in my classroom before the students have ever even touched them. I should have simply gone with much less expensive clear plastic protractors.
