We bought the Waterdrop WD-T4-A Alkaline RO System a week ago and it has completely changed the quality of our drinking water. Installation was shockingly simple for a tankless RO system—I had it set up and running in under an 30 minutes, thanks to the clear instructions. ​The difference in taste is night and day. Our tap water was always heavily chlorinated, but this system removes that entirely. The alkaline feature is a huge bonus; the water tastes perfectly crisp and clean, almost better than expensive bottled water. ​The flow rate is also incredible; it fills a pitcher in no time, which is something older, tanked systems simply can't do. If you're looking for a compact, high-performance, and water-saving RO system, this is absolutely the one to get. Worth every penny!

Honestly, it's a very good product; simple to install, very easy; it arrived in perfect condition with all the correct parts; and above all, the water filtration quality and taste are very good; the motor is extremely quiet; and the parts are of good quality; the indicator screen is a nice touch. Seriously, for this price you can't ask for better. I recommend it.

I’m really impressed with this purchase. The quality is excellent, everything works exactly as described, and it’s clear a lot of thought went into the design. It arrived well‑packaged, easy to set up, and has been completely reliable. It’s rare these days to buy something that just does what it’s supposed to do without any hassle. Highly recommend. I installed this in my basement mechanical room and ran a line to my upstairs refrigerator, water filling through the door is a little bit slower, but that is the price for ultra filtered water.

Works great! Took a couple hours to install but doesn’t take up of room got it for space saving . water tastes great and meter reads less than 50 pp no leaking so far

The pump is very quiet compared to other countertop systems I’ve installed, and the dual functionality is convenient without taking up extra space. The alkaline water tastes clean and noticeably better than standard tap or basic filtered water. Flow rate is consistent and installation was straightforward with no leaks. Controls are simple and it’s easy to switch modes depending on what you need. Overall, a solid system if you want quiet operation, good output, and better-tasting drinking water.

Product works as intended and was easy to install and use. We needed a more consistent flow since we tend to need a lot of water often. While models with tanks are great it did not serve us since we constantly had to wait for the tank to replenish. Not very worried about lack of water if the power ever goes out since I have a backup solar generator. The option to have pure water is also great for my CPAP machine.

WDT4A. Installed on 2/15/26. Impossible to get help online or on the phone. TDS readings are high on 1st gallons coming out. But then levels off to about 12RO and 42Alka. Why do I need to run 1 gallon on each line before water tests reasonable. A waste. UPDATE: 3/1726 The pump is severely underpowered. Water to faucet is weak. TDS readings on 1st 2 quarts still very high 100+. After running RO water for several minutes, TDS around 15-20.
