I've had two experiences with keratin treatments and both caused some degree of brass** A: Most keratins will cause the hair color to fade or become brassy. Mostly reddish undertones. It will subside but you should do a toner 1-2 weeks later if it does not change. Blondes are okay if they are lifted past orange. Just color treated hair. More so brunettes/light brunettes. This product however is not real. The consistency and smell is different and it shows in the results. Fake. I contacted the provider expressing my issue and was not responded back to. Beware. P.s Licensed professional. **Q: what is the shelf life of this keratin?** A: 0 days. I would HIGHLY recommend not purchasing this product. Had it applied at a high end salon in NYC and it made my hair fall out. General thinning and then a large bald spot.
