Does a Queen fit well or should I get a king size? I don’t like if there’s just a little bit hanging on the sides of the bed

I suggest you find the measurements of the queen size and then measure how the queen size would fit on your bed. My king size fits generously over my bed.

What is the best way to wash this blanket?

I wash once a week, in cold water, place in dryer of course with a fabric sheet, comes out smelling, feeling wonderful!! Best priced blanket I’ve ever purchased.

Is it ok to dry this blanket in the dryer?

I wash and dry mine and it's held up just fine. Still looks like new. :)
