It started getting nasty and the pump wasn't serviceable so I found this one that came with LED light and usb plug which makes it super easy to plug into a power brick. Pump has way better flow than original and the LED light is nice to see water level and also works as night light for dog. On top of that this pump can be taken apart and easily cleaned and it can fit many charcoal or other filters sold on amazon to keep dirt in water from clogging or dirtying up the pump. For $10 I'll grab one for a backup as well since the dogs love the fountain it actually makes them drink more water in the summer. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Be sure to clean it! *by T***E on June 25, 2022* I have bought three of these this year. I clean it once a week. They burn out after 2 months of continuous use in our pet water fountain. Switching back to a bowl of water.UPDATE! The reason these were burning out is because pet hair gets lodged in the motor. It needs to be taken apart and cleaned out. Once I started doing that, I have not had to replace the pump.
