This is a wonderful ingredient cat food. Very high quality and has probiotics to help with digestion. Since my little one will not eat wet food, I looked for a high quality dry. I found this about little over 2 years ago and have not purchased any other brand. She really loves her food. Just came from the wellness check at the vet and she is Aok and in very good health. Thank you to Solid Gold for producing a good high quality food. I sacrifice a little to afford her food but it is worth it to me to see her happy and healthy.

My one cat tends to throw this up but it’s because he tries to eat it before it runs away. But no fr I just learned, like dogs, raised bowls are good for cats and was why the vomitting after eating was happening, if anyone is having this issue, I just never knew! But this brand of food has improved the fur of my babies so much and they’re over all energy and mood.

I was really pleasantly surprised with this food. No barfs! No one turned up there noses at it. My two young ones who stay inside and my older guy who’s indoor/outdoor and super sensitive all really like it and are enjoying healthy digestion. It’s also not too expensive for a grain free, has a nice moisturizer content, is generally readily available, has a logical/inoffensive ingredient list and I honestly think it makes their poops smell less than their old Purina. It makes the perfect supplement to have set out between their wet breakfasts and dinners. Yes I free feed. No my cats aren’t fat.

My picky cats love it, but both have skin problems since they have been eating this new food. I have decided to give them something else...wait and see.

It's small pellet shape is easy to eat and the flavor is delicious. My cat often chooses the dry food over canned. I think the quality is consistent and the price is fair for the quality and size of the bag. I've been buying this for 2 years and will continue to buy it as long as kitty chooses it. My only negative is about the shipping methods. They sent the last bag to me in an unpadded plastic mailer and the food bag was torn. I had no idea whether the bag was torn in the warehouse or during shipping. I'd have preferred it was sent in a box instead and also I'm extremely unsure whether the food is safe to eat from a torn bag.

No judgmental sniff, no offended stare—just royal crunching at its finest. Considering she usually turns her nose up at anything that doesn’t scream “premium,” this was a huge victory. The ingredients are great, her bowl is consistently polished clean, and my wallet is finally breathing a sigh of relief. If you have a diva cat with champagne taste on a kibble budget, Solid Gold might just win her over too. Five stars from me and an approving purr from the Queen.
