I love the massage balls. I have used it several times and it helps take the kinks out. So relaxing for my knots lol. I recommend this product. Price is good. Easy to use.

Really nice and works really well. It’s not too loud, and the arm holes make it super easy to keep it on your neck and adjust pressure as necessary. Great value for the product. It doesn’t hurt while it gets the hardest knots out, you can push it as deep or as gentle as you want, and the heat is a nice touch.

This is a very aggressive kneading massager that really works if you can stand it. I have an occasional sore neck and a full time L2 Herniated Disc that it does wonders on. What I mean by if you can stand it is you must be ready for a very deep massage. I was expecting a light one and this is a serious unit. It is very easy to use, and I am happy with the product, especially when the price is so competetive.

The neck massager is ok but it makes knocking noises … so i fear that it’s not going to last long

It's helpful that it's portable. I have a c disc and d disc messed up in my spine so I have constant neck and shoulder pain. This helps me get through the day at work and then at night, it helps to loosen up those tight muscles. The heat makes it even better. I do wish it would massage deeper because it couldn't knock out one rock I've always had in my back.
