I am a 49-year-old perimenopausal lady who has taken a variety of more expensive vitamins but continued to feel lethargic or have short-term energy. I am very glad I tried these; I have more sustained energy and a clearer mind. It's not enough energy to climb a mountain, but enough to feel like my gas tank is full for the entire day rather than waking up with only 1/4 tank and trying to get by with that. My intention was to have test work done for iron, ferritin, folate, b12, and vitamin D levels before my appointment, but I couldn't wait. These are a game changer for me and I'm glad I did and went back to the basics.

I’ve been using this daily vitamin for well over a year now. I love the price and ingredients. There is no taste in my opinion. It’s easy to swallow. No after taste. I can tell a difference in energy levels and mind clarity when I skip my vitamin several days.

A couple of friends have been talking about these vitamins. I had never heard of them until recently. I decided to try them just to see what the benefits will be. No negative side effects so far. They smell fine and no taste. I swallow the tablet down with water. I don’t chew the tablet. They are easy to break in half, so they would be easy to chew if necessary. Also easy to break in half if given to a child. I feel fine taking them. Increased libido. That would be a plus if I wasn’t celibate. LOL

I purchased these a little over a week ago just trying to find something that would give me some much needed energy. I turn 55 in a couple of weeks and I am over falling asleep sitting at my desk in the early mornings and afternoons. Well let me tell you BUY these!! Today they finally kicked in!! My co-workers notice the extra pep I have today. I feel more alert. Just ordered a 2nd bottle one for home and the other bottle will stay at work.

This vitamin supplement is great! I was having issues with energy levels and feeling sluggish throughout the day. I was looking for a "do all" supplement that was loaded with hard to find vitamins. After the first day I saw a difference immediately and noticed my body responded well to the ingredients. This supplement is so good I do not need to take it everyday because it is jam packed with everything but it is easy to stomach with or without food. The pill size is on the larger side but is not hard to swallow (I do recommend taking with water). I am feeling more energetic all day and have noticed positive effects on my mental focus and clarity.

The pill version of this vitamin is not a suitable for Vegans, however the liquid vitamin does not have gelatin. I have felt nauseous but I can’t fully contribute that to taking this (pill version), but I’m not sure if it’s because of the gelatin or if it just upsets my stomach like meat tends to. My energy is so much better than it was (it was so bad I couldn’t get out of bed). My hair is healthier and thicker since adding this vitamin. I read where iron deficiency affects hair growth & when iron levels are depleted it causes your hair to be brittle amongst other factors. I cut bangs, and a month later they were grown out about 2 inches. I cut my hair in a bob and 2-3 days later it had to be cleaned up because it grew out of a clean blunt cut. I have to add that I have been taking hair vitamins for about a year, and that does ok, however my hair seemed to thicken up and now looks much healthier and heavier since the addition of this multivitamin. I plan on switching to the liquid version which I’m sure is gross but as far as the pill version, the taste, tastes like vitamins (no aftertaste) and the smell, well it smells like vitamins lol. I haven’t tested the baby in every bottle part, but seek out other reviews for testimonials lol. Overall I recommend.

For my Muslim peeps 🤍 I actually heard amazing things about this for many concerns (check TikTok) but sadly I don't think it's halal. I’m not sure tho but when I did some deep research it said that they might use pork and that it is definitely not halal.
