Firstly Horrible service from Amazon first of all defective piece was delivered and when informed to the customer care return was initiated as well as refund and even after multiple reminders and messages no return and refund was done it’s been almost 03 months can’t contact and the customer service is useless same excuses and now the message shows as refund initiated Amazon aweful
