Toaster a lovely colour - and after-care service appears good
Lovely toaster in an unusual colour. So far, it has been great to use. I have spent months trying to find the right toaster - (recently returned a more expensive dualit due to quality issues). This Cuisinart brand is much less expensive - yet no issues at all. I was also swayed in the purchase by the Trustpilot reviews - Cuisinart appears to have a fantastic after-care service (unlike what appears to be that of other more expensive brands.)

Classy looking toaster
Loved the colour very unusual and cleans easily . So much better than chrome finish. Good quality Would have liked the slots to be longer and deeper to allow for larger loaves to be toasted

Looks nice but sounds flimsy
Nice colour but compartments small. Does not sound robust.

UPDATED REVIEW...Love it! UNTIL NOW
UPDATED: This week the timer on the toaster stopped working, so the bread just stays there until I take it off all burned. I thought this product, being the brand that it is, it would last at least 2 years? It has been just 4 months since I started using it. Previews review: love the colour. It works perfectly and the tray to get rid of the crumbs is really useful.

Will never buy from supplier again
Product looked nice but stopped working after a month. After 2 weeks of trying to reach the vendor hubby went out and came back with the above set from Currys.

Slots not really quite large enough for me; uneven browning
I make my own bread in a bread machine (Panasonic SD-2511W), and after my toaster went kaput a few months back I have genuinely struggled to find a toaster whose slots are big enough to take slices of this bread; it just seems that toaster manufacturers are not in the slightest bit interested any more in making toasters which take anything with dimensions greater than the relatively small supermarket loaf. This advertises "extra deep slots", but I have heard that before (one I purchased which had the same description I sent straight back as an entire third of the top of the slice stuck out the top). So I cut a couple of slices of the bread I have on the go. It should be noted that this loaf is a little bit less tall than the loaves I usually make, as I have been experimenting with adding some Khorasan (Kamut) wheat flour to my bread recently, which has a bit less gluten and doesn't rise quite so much. It should also be noted that I make mid-sized loaves out of the three settings (i.e. "large" out of "medium", "large" and "extra-large", i.e. what the rest of us would call "medium" out of "small", "medium" and "large"). And as luck would have it, the slices fitted perfectly. For reference the slot sizes are ~13cm wide x ~15cm deep. All well and good, but if I wasn't using Khorasan flour then a mid-sized loaf would not fit, and I would probably have to make the smallest size load only using regular flour. The largest size is going to be right out as an option. So the slots are not really quite big enough to be honest to allow much flexibility with making bread in my machine. So on to the toasting itself. The toaster I have been struggling along with, as an interim solution after my old one broke, tends to burn the edges. This Cuisinart has the entirely opposite problem of toasting the centre of the bread considerably more than it does the edges. And for one of the two slots, it toasts one side of the bread significantly more than the other. Toasting seems to take quite a long time. It pops up without a beep. What is it with toaster manufacturers these days that they don't include a beep any more? I'm not standing there watching it, I'm multitasking putting the laundry away or something in the meantime and I like to hear properly when the toast is done. So in summary, slots not quite big enough, and uneven toasting. Doesn't really cut the mustard, but then no toaster does these days it would appear.
