Withdrawal?
Great stuff and it works but wow, this stuff seems to have massive withdrawal effects. I stopped taking it and I am dizzy, nauseated, anxious, and all the other nasties. Please use caution.

Sciatica cure !!!
If you take two daily ,pain like sciatica donsent spike , I skipped a day and it was back, so I'm back in my routine and it really dose stop pain that physical therapy and hot baths couldn't!

I like this
I have arthritis is both knees and a hip, so it’s pretty much a daily struggle. I started taking Mirica about 2 months ago and it has really made a difference. For me, I don’t believe it’s made a difference in the pain level but has changed how I deal with it. Now when I have bad days things just don’t seem so hopeless. I would recommend giving it a try!

Does nothing for pain relief
I've been taking 2 caps in the am and pm for one month. I suffer from sciatica and joint pain. Absolutely No pain relief. I didn't expect miracles, but had hoped it would at least take the pain level down one notch. Nothing. Don't waste your money!
