Love these

These are great for small leaks and they have even worked for moderate "gushes". I wear them with "leak proof" underwear and rarely do they fail me. These are the best of any I've tried. They have caused me no irritation, but it is important to maintain hygiene and change them when needed.

These are great. If I blink, sneeze or cough I'm peeing my pants. A lot of women who go through mentapause have this problem. These are very effective and work for a weak bladder. Very fast shipping. A+++++ Best brand to get.

I like Always products and have bought them for a long time. As I age, I'm finding that getting a product more directly for my needs is becoming important. I need something for bladder incontinence. I have also seen women wearing bulky pads that are so obvious through their clothing and I dreaded that being me one day. I was delighted to have found these. Still thin and comfortable, but more absorbent. The only thing I can say is that many women are disappointed that they are scented. I have found the scent to be stronger than what I want to tolerate when I first open the packet. My solution, which works for me, is to simply open the packet and leave it to air out in a discrete place in my bedroom. They do air out completely and there is little to no trace of the scent after 24 hours of air time. I have not found them to be irritating at all when I do that. I have tended to be sensitive to dyes and scents in the past and this worried me, but felt it was worth trying anyway. I'm glad I did. I'm putting off those giant bulky pads until I absolutely have to go there. You can also fold it back up and put it in your purse once it has aired out. Just don't peel it off the wrapper until you actually need to use it. I can't say that the scent is a problem at all now.

I previously used the Always 4 Long with the "Rapid Gush Absorption" label, but was only able to find the long ones at the time. Unfortunately, the longs were too long, and there did not appear to be a regular length in the 4 when I was looking. So i decided to try these in the 3 regular. I don't think they sent the correct ones, as the outside packaging is not as displayed. It does not have the dark pink banner that says "Rapid Gush Absorption". And, these 3s are too short and substantially thinner. No happy medium for me. :-) Of course, I just wanted to try them but had to buy a set of 3 packages. I'll donate the unopened ones, which is no big deal, but I'm disappointed that I couldn't get any use out of them because they were just too short and a bit too thin and narrow for my needs. They definitely seem to be from a different product line than the "gush" ones. So the product itself is good. I've used Always quite a bit, but also like Poise. I flip back and forth. I still have a few Poise left to carry me through for now. The Always 4 Longs performed great, but were simply too long and a little bulkier than needed. But I did use them up over time. I won't be able to use these. I see that 4 Regular length is now available and I may try them. We'll see how it goes.

Perfect size for me I have been looking for this size for months and most stores don't have it I will definitely order it when I need it

I love this product and I continue to buy this again and again. The number 3 is my favorite and suits my needs. I wish that I didn't have bladder leakage but it seems to be a fact of like at my age. I always have peace of mind when wearing them because I never know when I am going to cough and sneeze and thus, wet my pants.

Does the job…great absorbency.

These aren’t too bad but not for what I need them for. They feel comfortable good priceing.
