Samsung DW60M6050FS Freestanding A++ Rated Dishwasher - Stainless Steel

Arrived within three days of ordering. No fuss and nonsense. The dishwasher itself was well packaged, clean and dent free. Great value for money. Very quiet with a selection of economic programmes for every occasion.

Hands down the worst dishwasher I have ever used (not owned) USED!. The layout is a joke. You can't wash plates and glasses at the same time. If you lower the top tray to fit glasses in, you can't fit plates on the bottom as the washer arm won't spin. I don't have big plates or glasses. Just standard size that had no issues fitting my old Bosch. I have owned this since July 25 (it's now Nov 25) and I cannot tell you how much I hate doing the dishes. I have taken to eating out of a bowl like a dog just so it all fits in, in one load. Absolutely terrible design

Dish-Washing machine is working perfectly now. In process to deliver machine have a receive a side hit that cracks reservoir inside creates a leak only on high temperature , me don't know it was using on low temperature and after 3 months decided to use on high temperature and see the leak , process off sending back for so big items is not easy so I call ingeneer to fix it, now is working I am very happy about it, no so happy for delivery.

Excellent product & service

Awful - constant issues and finally broke down after only four years. Appears high quality, but has a constant leak error that means you have to tip forward to remove sitting water, the arms get clogged up so you have to pick bits out of them. Dreadful experience and the customer support is aggressively unhelpful and combative

Best buy ever just what the wife wanted it works well and it has the third drawer it’s brilliant

Cutlery tray instead of basket is poor and leaves dirty marks. We had to raise the upper basket to get plates in the lower section which with the cutlery tray in place left very little room in the top basket. Couldn't even fit a tumbler in. Lower section has 2 rows for plates which you do need as a side plate won't fit in the upper basket. This leaves little to no room for pans on the bottom. I was putting it on twice as often as just couldn't fit much in. We have collapsed the back row on the bottom to allow us to put our cutlery basket back in and we have removed the cutlery tray altogether so we can make full use of the upper basket. We also removed the little shelf on the right top basket as couldn't fit any cups under it.
