Bought this for my 8-string to help clean up the sound and have loved how simply and effectively this lil guy did as was advertised! The unit fits easily around the neck, just wrap and fasten. If you run a high gain channel or generally deal with unwanted string noise this should sort things out quickly. I’ve had my wrap for a few years, and while it’s worked wonders to now it’s starting to loose tension and probably needs to be replaced. These units are cheap though and sound MUCH better than common alternatives (hair band, bandana, etc). If you’re trying to troubleshoot how to clean up your sound this is a great start. Inexpensive and worth so much more in how effortlessly these guys clean up dirty tone.
