Bought this product 15 days ago, here is my feedback, 1. Product looks awesome and blue backlight key look just fabulous at night when I played it in a dark room. 2. Preloaded song collection is very good, will get Elvis Presley to Arijit Singh song all in this product. 3. Bluetooth connectivity is just smooth like butter . Did not face any problem till now. 4. Sound quality is very good, l love its bass quality, it's very good, am loving it. 5.radio sound quality is good, but I would suggest if company add a antenna it would be very good for radio signals, am not getting few radio signals for this. 6.better backup is decent only 3 hour Overall it's a very good product and it's worth of money

Product delivered on time so delivery is nice. Pros: 1. Good Look 2. Voice Recording 3. Sound quality is good if you like more bass 4. Play smoothly without any issues 5. you can get all type of songs in one system 6. Bluetooth connectivity is available 8. songs can be recorded on the pen drive using karaoke. the quality of the recording is nice. Cons: 1. No Sound mode to adjust different moods/settings 2. Most of the songs especially old songs are not famous or hit and most of them are boring 3. They claim there are 14000 songs but it doesn't seem to be true. as every album has 20 - 50 songs max and that too many of them repeated same song in a different album 4. Auxilary cable is just for the namesake. length is very small. yo will definitely need to buy a new one. 5. Many FM radio station doesn't catch like 98.3 and you need to adjust FM Antena wire or take the device in the balcony. 6. There is no option to store FM station, extremely difficult to understand how to set radio station permanently 7. Manual is very short and limited information. 8. remote control is not that good we need to press the button really hard and also record option is not on the device so if you lose the remote control or it stopped working you will not be able to use recording feature at all. 9. I purchased the product in October 2019 and still the playlist is till 2017. no update on songs 10. it cannot be connected to internet to upgrade the song list or software etc. 11. if you are a lover of old Hindi songs do not buy at all. you will definitely regret. 12. overall what you get is the 2017 device in 2019 which is not upgradable in any mean. I also ordered Caravan for my parent's so small comparison on both the devices. 1. no recording in the caravan 2. The sound quality of acoosta is far better and superior then caarvan 3. The song list is displayed in caravan iPhone /android app and you can check all songs available in your device. 4. The very transparent system you can check and compare each song in devices and apps and play songs through the app in Carvana. 5. In Carvan you will get almost all hit and melodious songs. 6. music mode is available in the caravan. 7. Device quality is far better in acoosta and simple easy to operate in caravan. 8. There are plenty of FM stations available in caravan and which can be sync through your wifi and easily catch all stations and very easy to set each station. rest all features more the less is the same. In comparison, Caravan is far better than Acosta if a person is looking for Indian songs especially old and regional songs you can also get app control in Caravan from which you can play all 5000 songs. Acoosta in nice build and awesome sound quality but heavily dependendenf on remote if lost or not available then all features cannot use In Acosta, it was mentioned at many places that they provide the free mic along with device however mic is not available in the package and you need to pay extra 1000 rs for it.

This is NOT a Sony product so one must not get fooled by that. The songs in the Acoosta are by Sony. The product was great until after a month we realised that the charging pin on the system was malfunctioning. We complained about it and we're actually given a replacement by the company. However even the second set has the same issue.....after a while the charging pin in the system gets loose and it simply does not charge. So now it's just sitting on our table , no music, nothing. I'd recommend not buying it.

This is a product everyone dreams offff it is the best product though the price is bit high but worth ittt looks- good, sound - perfect my house fills in the vol of 20 wow and I haven't tried the full sound yet, size- good for keeping it in your house but yaah if ur going to picnic u can carry this it is big but not that heavy, battery I haven't tested yet because I am writing this just after it arrived so I gave it a star less in case, bass - awesome, in love with the inbuilt music's Bluetooth good inbuilt music has both international and Bollywood and at last everything everything about this thing is amazing don't think damn it just go for this thing click th place order. I listen can sit and listen all day long sorry but I can't stop writing.

If you forget to disconnect the source Bluetooth then you cannot switch off the player, it is on till the battery drains off. Probably defective. Sound is clear, bass is low.

After using 2 days, i found it more interesting. Battery life, bluetooth connectivity, features, lighting, design, all things are amazing except remote size which is too small. Company should have to make it little bigger in order to handle it very well. For any music device, most important thing is its sound quality and base. Not as expensive premiun devices, but at this cost sound clearity is more than good at this cost. Also can feel the base in 1 small-medium room at its maximum volume. Sound quality and base does not effect at maximum volume. Company should have to give it metal body as we often carry it to another room and with this plastic body device may broke in case device fall down. Could take little most cost for that. I am impressed with features too. At this cost (aprox. 6000/-) no company giving so many functions in any device. It will take about 1 day to learn every function on both device and its remote controller. I am disappointed with FM function. Living in capital city and have to move it all the time to get signals. Some channels won't get signals at all. Over all device is more than good. Upto cost 10000 budget, this device is best option to buy. I will give 8 out of 10 to Acoosta UNO.

This is really a good product. Though the size is small, you can compare the sound quality with professional karaoke music system. The echo of the mic is very good. This system gets easily connected via bluetooth to your devices like cell phones, laptop etc. I purchaged one mic for singing with karaoke and I am enjoying this product with all my family members. This system has removed the hesitations of my son to sing infront of others. One can use this system to run a small cultural night in a medium sized hall. It is totally value for money. Thanks to Amazon for giving the opportunity to get this product

Look and finish is good. Sound is good but has basic functionality defects. It gets hanged in between and you cannot do anything but to wait for the battery to drain. While using it in karaoke session it got switched off twice. Very embarrassing. Also power off does not work sometimes. There is an option of rebooting the system with holding Home and mic button but it resets everything. Today while using it for karaoke the system just hanged. No idea what to do, no buttons working. Not sure it is just the speaker which I received or it is a general defect with Acoosta Uno. Felt disappointed hence returning.
