It's really a nice product.. already bought 3 times.. my mum loves it in breakfast with ensure or proteinex as breakfast. Also the cereal granules were not dusty or broken.. taste wise it's quite good. Thank you yogabar

Cover says 93 % Wholegrain, Fruits, Nuts + Seeds. But I believe\see Fruits, Nuts + seeds are less than 5%. Of course though it is a health food, the desired fruits, nuts and seeds percentage is less.
