The directions are confusing on how to clean this. Does anyone have cleaning recommendations?

Remove all the water inside the TonguePRESS. Fill with water and a small amount of bleach or soak in water with small amount of bleach. Let soak and then wash thoroughly. Allow to dry

How many repetitions are you supposed to do each time you use the Tongue Press?

As a general rule 30 presses… but when you get to the 30th press, you should feel like that’s about all you could do…. Try to reach the point of overload. Press hard!
