Bose Noise Cancelling Wireless Bluetooth Headphones 700, with Alexa Voice Control, Silver (Renewed)

My team had to relocate from our main office building to a coworking space for one year, and this was the one purchase that I made for every member of the team. We had desks that were right next to each other without cubicle dividers, and I was amazed at how well these worked. The sound quality is excellent, but more imprtantly the microphones do a fantastic job of isolating the wearer during Teams calls. I would have someone sitting right next to me on a different call, and we never heard the other individual getting picked up by our headphones. The size and fit are both exellent and easily adjustable. We used the included usb adapter for easy connectivity, but I also use the bluetooth connection with my phone and laptop when I travel. These are great headphones. One thing that I did learn though is that if you are flying and the volume seems low, you need to use the touch volume controll on the right ear cup to increase the in-device volume. My other favorite travel hack is to pair these with an AirFly unit to get wireless audio on the airplane. I am very happy with the purchase and have since picked up an extra pair for my wife to use. We both love them.

I received one pair of these (refurbished) and it simply would not connect to my phone at all -- even though both Bose and Samsung said they were compatible. Amazon shipped out a second refurbished pair and these are excellent! I always thought that this was the best looking of the Bose headphones and I am very happy to have them now. This pair connected immediately to the Bose app; and allowed me to dial in the settings that I wanted. I was able to download the product manual from the Bose site. This refurbished pair is in excellent condition and came with everything but the instruction manual. Great deal and very nice headphones. A cute touch: when these were connecting to my phone, the Bose site found them -- not as Bose 700, but "Bose Lovely".

The product arrived without a factory reset. I can hear the headphones trying to connect to someone else’s iPhone. They replaced the cushions, but did a very poor job. Other than that, the headphones are in excellent condition. The headphone reset automatically from time to time, even while I’m in the middle of a phone call. I tried multiple times to perform a factory reset, but it didn’t work. This is a very poor job of selling an “excellent refurbished” product when it clearly wasn’t tested properly.

Best headphones I ever had really good sound quality and high performance noise cancellation

I have really enjoyed this headset. BUT BE WARNED: I live in Texas and I made the huge mistake of leaving them in the cab of my pickup. The day got to 100F . When I got back to them the soft cover on the pads was coming unglued. I tried to glue them back on with a better glue which is a lot like putting toothpaste back in the tube (messy and ugly but can happen badly). So word to the wise keep them out of hot cars/environments or you will be buying new $$ pads. A few days after this I was set to take my new headphones on a airplane ride. As I was trying to fully charge the headset i started smelling something HOT. I started sniffing and found it was the USB-c cable at the Bose. It melted and distorted the plug. I pulled it off but the Bose headset worked. The Bose had a full charge so I took it. Thinking maybe it was just the cables fault. When I got to my hotel after using the Bose for several hours I put it on a charger at the hotel and went to dinner. When I got back the Bose had melted the socket and the USB-C cable to the point it would not pull out of the Bose. You can see the destruction. The Bose still had enough charge to use going home later but you had to be very careful with the remnant of the USB C cable that I could not remove from the headset.

I doubt anyone could find better sound quality than Bose. It charges quickly and each charge lasts a long time. They also work very well to talk on the phone. The noise canceling feature is perfect for an angry wife.

Great product and good noise cancelling but the buttons are super sensitive and there seems to be hidden controls for pausing and volume and a reminder of what your battery is like. Good for sitting on a plane or something but not so much if you're gonna be active. Still 5/5 bc it's a great product even if I have petty complaints

Looks 👨‍🎨 : 9/10 I would compare them to the apple air max, which is the best looking headphones. Quality 🦾 : 8/10 Overall great quality plastic few metal parts, I haven’t had them for a very long time so I can’t say if they will last long or not. Sound 🔊 : 9/10 Very great quality for Bluetooth headphones. The sound cancelling is amazing and helps a lot for the sound. Overall again I love these headphones to everyone, they can be a bit outdated in 2024 so I’d recommend getting them during a sale. That’s my review, Ciao 👋
