Ethereal Nature 100% Pure Oil, Macadamia, 1.01 Fluid Ounce

The Ethereal Nature 100% Pure Oil in Macadamia I've been using on my pregnant tummy to reduce stretch marks and give my stretching skin some much needed relief and it's been great. First most this oil isn't and essential oil but instead a seed oil The biggest difference I can personally see and sense is that this oil doesn't have a strong scent which is totally fine. The bottle this comes in is amber in color and features a dropper type top so you don't get too much of the oil out at once. I didn't have issues getting drop after drop out and prefer this type of bottle in getting oils out. This can be used for massage and added into all sorts of bath and beauty type products like lotions, soaps, and hair products (helps with dryness). I like the oil can be used in some many different and helpful ways. I like this oil and will continue to use it. Recommended!

There are two strikes against my hair: (1) It grows out of my aging scalp. (2) It lives in Florida (with me). Dry, gray hair in Florida humidity is a disaster just waiting to happen. To avoid that disastrous frizzy look, I have to moisturize the hair often and usually use either argan or coconut oil. This is my first time using macadamia oil and I'm pleasantly surprised at the results. It seems to protect my hair from all that tropical humidity, without leaving it feeling greasy or heavy. I'm thinking I like it better than coconut oil and as well as argan oil. The claims online about the benefits of macadamia oil on your hair are that it (1) penetrates the hair shaft, (2) reduces frizz, (3) softens and conditions, (4) protects the hair strand, and (5) adds shine without feeling greasy. I tend to agree with those claims. Apparently, macadamia oil is full of antioxidants (in particular, squalene) and fatty acids. It's a relatively light-weight, non-greasy nutty oil. Now, if you're looking for a bargain-priced natural oil, I'd say coconut and olive oils are the least expensive ones. But I tend to like argan oil and now this macadamia oil a bit better because they feel a tad less heavy and greasy.

In the past, I found macadamia nut oil to be much less sticky than this brand. Usually I like it, but this one was a failure for me. E.M Van Court

My daughter enjoys making me sea salt scrubs and soaps. I am a lucky mom. I gifted her this oil so that she could put it in my soaps and scrubs because is smells so amazing! love the scent, easy to use and great value because a little goes a long way!

I've been making some roll ons with my essential oil blends, and I was looking for a carrier oil that would be good for my skin. Macadamia kept coming up is one that is similar to the skin's natural oil barrier, so I was keen to try it. I was really happy using this in the little roller ball containers, and it seemed soothing and skin softening, and caused no irritation. I didn't notice any smell to it.

I like the cholesterol lowering, cancer-fighting health effects of macadamia and this 100% macadamia oil provides an affordable and easy way to add it onto a salad or sauce. I see that it's also good for the skin and hair - since I'm bald I'm going to have to spot them that one! The smell is lovely and fragrant and the 1 oz bottle makes a convenient size for use and storage.

This is a really good moisturizing oil but the bottle dispenser is bad. Macadamia oil is the essential ingredient in so many moisturizing products, especially for shampoo and conditioner. This Macadamia oil is a light, easily absorbed oil. It doesn’t have much a scent which is nice too. You can add the oil to your current moisturizer, conditioner, etc or just apply straight to your hair or skin. I’ve done both. It moisturizes without being overly oily. You can apply it straight to your skin and not feel like a grease ball. The bottle has a plastic dispenser which is supposed to allow just a drop out at a time. It was too hard to try and get anything to come out. I ended up taking the dispenser out because I couldn’t get the oil out. If you do be careful, now it will just pour out quickly.

I received this 1 ounce of macadamia oil. It is clear and has virtually no scent. I really tried but could not pick up any fragrance at all. It is a very light oil that glides over the skin, feels like silk. For me in a larger quantity this would make a terrific carrier oil as it would not interfere with other essential oil characteristics. On its own it is nice enough for dry skin and calming flyaway hair. It has a very nice feel to it. I was hoping for a slightly nutty fragrance but it is pretty much a blank on that.
