Once in place, unroll each light strand and finish placing where you want. I love that these have solid light options! The remote control is easy to use. We have these in our bedroom sandwiched between sheer curtains and in the 3 days they've been up there is no noticeable heat to them (I check nightly).

**Q: How do you unravel these?**
A: Slow and steady lol, it took me a minute to unravel them but they come pre-rolled so unraveling is easy as long as u take your time with it because if u rush the process it will tangle and be a hot mess lol.

**Q: Why won’t they stay on the setting? It seems to just be cycling through all of them.**
A: It will stay on a setting. I played with the remote until I got it to work (you need to be really close to the outlet). It’s been a while so I can’t remember exactly what I did to make it stick to one setting, but it will!

**Q: Does anyone else have the problem where the lights are turned off, but you can still see a faint light in some of the bulbs????**
A: No but you can return the item and get a new one for free.

**Q: How many strands/strings of lights are on this?**
A: Their are 10 strands of lights. Very wide.

Our old set of lights finally gave out so I ordered these to replace them. They come with everything you need, including a wall brick for the USB connection if needed. These arrive with the metal strings of lights curled up. Leave them like that until you have them placed where you want them, or it will be a far more difficult endeavor than you anticipated. Once in place, unroll each light strand and finish placing where you want. I love that these have solid light options! The remote control is easy to use.
