They were a little too thick, so takes more to dry fruit leather. **Q: Are the fruit trays 11.3in x 12.8in? Only the image shows a size.** A: The solid fruit tray without the holes is 11 3/8 (W) and the (L) is 12 7/8/ I hope this helps. **Q: Can these handle 165 Fahrenheit temperature?** A: Yed **Q: Are you wondering why thin metal trays warp easily? Please, let me tell you. After any heat into metal, gradual cooling is key. Goggle b4 use plz** A: I don't know what you are talking about. I haven't had a problem with my metal trays. I did order six each of the two types of insert trays and I'm glad that I did. I'm careful to keep the insert trays either in their original folders or in the machine. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Crunchy like dehydrated food *by N***A on June 15, 2025* Great product!
