The quality of what you get for the price makes this an excellent value. I've been using mine for three months now and am very happy with it. The ratcheting mechanism works well without being overly stiff or resistive and the headband has enough adjustment across the top and around the back that making it comfortable enough for the short periods I have it on was easily achievable.
