For all we know, 99.9B could be one strain and the other strains can be contained at 500CFU or something like that. I understand why they are doing this. It is to make their product seem outstandingly powerful compared to other products. I mean, 100B per capsule - which they don't claim to offer - but the layman will be lead to believe they are offering (in this product), is a dosage you can't find anywhere. Let alone at this price. So by writing their label in this way they can stand out and make an impression. I admit that this is why I purchased their product, to begin with. Together with the fact that it is, supposedly, "timed release" or, in other words, made with acid-resistant capsules, allowing the capsule to dissolve in the small intestine thus bypassing the deadly-for-probiotics stomach acid. I have been able to store it in room temperature and still use it to culture yoghurt which means the bacteria is truly well protected and high quality.
