What is the capacity/ porrtion size of each compartments?

I never measured but if you are following a my plate menu plan this will meet it. It is great for kids and small portions. If you are a 11 inch plate type person this will be too small.

How long can you heat these in the microwave for?

Used it to reheat at high for 2 minutes and then put it back in for 20 seconds. There was no deformity.
