*Update: I cut back on taking 1 daily and tried taking with food to see if helps. Still makes my stomach feel terrible. Also causes loose stool. The side effects for me have been so bad with these. I'll be switching back to the previous brand I was using* On day 3. It's has made my stomach feel awful and given me soft stool. I'm going to keep taking it, hopefully it will subside. I was taking the NOW brand for a long time and had no adverse effects. However those are liquid and these are powder. Maybe thats why. The NOW ones are bigger so i thouggt these would be easier to swallow. Will update after a full week.

I'm over 50 and active and honestly I just found this one to be beneficial over others that I tried. Whether it's this particular DHEA 7 or the blend of items I find it works for me. I do find that before I finish the bottle it starts to wane. But after a week or two of not taking it I get the same benefit starting back up again. So I'm thinking 30 days and a week off from now on or maybe every other day. I'm not going feed you a load and say I feel like a 20 year old OK? I just noticed marked improvement which helped and worked well being active and in turn made me feel better health wise. I'm not promising anything for you because we're all different in responses to supplements but if you're curious it's worth a shot it is effective for me. Good luck on your endeavors.
