Vitamin B Complex with Vitamin D3 B12 B6 Magnesium Bisglycinate and Folate as Methylfolate - Doctor Formulated Methylated B Complex Supplement – 60 Capsules - Without Niacin

These are very good B supplements and have the right ingredients in them. Don't hurt my stomach; I do take them when I eat. Will reorder. I have been ordering these for quite awhile and at one point I was having a problem with the safety seals. I am very happy to report that the matter as of today has been resolved! Thank you. Update: May 29, 2019 - The most recent order of these B+ contained some disturbing "capsules" filled with what I can only describe as a "pink capsule inside the outside clear capsule". I did not find one, I found several. I contacted the company and was instructed to send them the bottle and the capsules, which I did. I was sent 2 bottles in return. However, I found another of these "pink capsules inside the outside capsule" and contacted the seller again, this time with no response. I believe that the company needs to improve their Quality Control as the first problem with the seals seems to have been fixed, but now this to me is worse. I did give the company a reasonable amount of time to respond about the current "pink capsule" and they didn't. Update: January 2021. I have not had any problems with these supplements. All the problems of the past have worked themselves out and I am extremely happy about that. I take 2 of these every day...sometimes I skip them for a couple of days and can feel the difference in how my body feels overall. I don't skip them anymore. I take all my supplements everyday and these are especially awesome!

I am a type1 diabetic and have stayed away from multivitamins for many years because my blood glucose always reacted negatively by going high. Niacin was the cause. It's difficult to find a vitamin complex without niacin. I take AgeImmune vitamin B complex in the mornings with no sugar spikes. I have more energy, both mentally and physically. Because I stay on a low carb-keto diet, I believe I'm now getting the vitamins I was missing.

So far so good after 2-3 weeks. I've been sensitve to Headache and Migraine triggers (previously my headache cycles were every other day) with every B Complex formulation I've tried. I beleive it was the Vasodialative sub components in classical B Complex formulations which were triggering headaches. So I bought this simplified / reduced component B+ combination (minus Niacin and a couple other components) of Nutrients to try and see if it reduced headache triggering. Much to my pleasant surprise it has been great. My headache frequency has dramatically reduced with this formulation.

I bought this to get a good effect from vitamin B 100 complex without getting the niacin. My doctor said that niacin could cause a lot of perspiration.I purchased this to achieve the benefits of a vitamin B 100 complex without the niacin, as my doctor advised that niacin could cause excessive sweating. I haven't been using it long enough to see great results, but I do think it is starting to work.

These vitamins are amazingggggg. I have terrible PMS. For the last 28 years I've lost friends and relationships because of it. There has never been a month I didn't have it and I seriously lose my mind, can hardly function and I'm just barely making it out of the house. I decided to Google it once again to see if there was ANYTHING I could do besides the prescriptions for anti-depressants/anti-anxiety that don't work and I came across this. I started them about 2 weeks before PMS and I, for real, 100%, swear to God I didn't get PMS that month. I couldn't believe it. I thought maybe I counted my days wrong and kept waiting for the ball to drop but IT NEVER HAPPENED. So I'm going on my second month so so hopeful that it wasn't a fluke. And I like taking them every day after breakfast. I feel like they give my brain a little boost. In all I just feel better and I hope it doesn't go away! Thank you! Update: Still works! I stopped taking them for about 2 months and my PMS was horrendous. Started them again and haven't had it since. Wooo hoooo!

Based on all the positive reviews, I was hopeful this b complex would help with my issues. I struggle with anxiety from a persistent leaky gut stomach issue. I also have vitamin B & D deficiencies. I thought this would help stabilize my stress response and sleep better as well as increase my vitamin levels. However, I wasn’t really able to test out how effective it would be in those areas because this blend was very irritating to my stomach. It didn’t digest well for me. I was afraid this may happen because I often choose vitamins for sensitive stomachs like bariatric formulas. This definitely irritated my digestive system, gave me stomach pain and IBS flare ups so I had to discontinue at my doctors suggestion. You may not have the same response I did because I do have a very sensitive stomach but I would advise if you also have stomach issues, please consult with your doctor and be aware this is not a “sensitive” formula and may be a little hard to digest for you.

Hi.....I had been taking this supplement for more than 2 years now...EVEN DURING COVID❗️❗️ From this supplement......I FEEL ENERGISED. CALMNESS AND NO ANXIETY, CLARITY OF MIND AND NO BRAIN FOG .👍👍👍 It help me in deeper focus and concentration when reading a book.... I need to tell you that this supplement be taken WITH MEAL OR AFTER MEAL. By doing so....you can avoid DIGESTIVE ISSUES, UPSET STOMACH....EVEN SENSITIVE STOMACH. Dont take this suppllement ON EMPTY STOMACH BECAUSE EMPTY STOMACH PRODUCES LOTS OF ACID. ..... Naturally....this supplement need to be dissolved . Better to take WITH MEAL OR 30 MINS AFTER MEAL.....
