Works as expected, fit group 31 battery ok. Could use a rubber insert to prevent it from sliding around.

The size is as described. It is plastic, it needs to be mounted to another structure to take the weight of the battery. It will fulfill the function of holding the battery down against a moderate amount of motion and containing a small electrolyte spill.
